Fae, weres, and those with strong willpower and no particular sexual interest in women are often able to resist her in varying degrees. Climax or a long break in contact will break the enthrallment leaving the enthralled slightly dazzed.
-Feeding; Feeding is naturally a succubus's main ability, and how they survive. Energy is drained via a kiss, or sex, though a succubus is
taught to control it, so that draining energy doesn't automatically equal death unless the succubus is young or untrained. Charlotte, being quite old has perfect control on how much energy she takes, and rarely takes more than will leave her partner feeling like taking a nap, and those of a supernatural tendency will never be drained like a human would. (Were's & Fae have a naturally higher energy level than humans do.)
