[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] Charlotte's skilled in prophecy, leglimency and occlumency though she usually won't use them most of the time unless pushed to. Physically she's lost her left arm, and had it replaced with the same sort of material that Wormtail does in the canon, and her left eye is blind, with a vaguely red film over it.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] Double check with me beforehand
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] Go for it! If you're unsure, come and check!
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Good by me, but she'll fight right on back so you'd better be prepared because she's fierce.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Everything is finnnnne. Double check on anything you're not sure on
